HR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Monitor employee timekeeping, attendance, and leave management
- Handle disciplinary actions and documentation in coordination with department heads
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor standards, and government requirements
- Support training and development initiatives
- Manage HR records and reports accurately and confidentially
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees
- Conduct employee engagement activities and assist in performance evaluations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Bulacan
- Willing to undergo training at the Main Office in Caloocan City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
