Job Title: Social Media & Email Content Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Job Set-Up: Remote Work Hours: 9am - 5pm EST (Eastern Stanard Time)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a creative, organized, and detail-obsessed content pro to own social media and email marketing across multiple brands. If you can write, design, schedule, and track content that actually gets results — we want you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Creating scroll-stopping social content (posts, graphics, short-form videos).

● Building and maintaining monthly social + email content calendars for multiple brands.

● Writing and designing brand-aligned email campaigns that drive engagement and leads.

● Segmenting and scheduling email campaigns, then tracking open rates, CTRs, and conversions.

● Editing short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

● Tracking performance across channels and turning insights into smarter content.

● Staying ahead of trends in both social media and email marketing to bring fresh ideas to the table.

QUALIFICATIONS

● 2+ years of social media + email marketing experience (multi-brand or agency is a plus).

● Pro-level skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or both.

● Short-form video editing experience.

● Killer copywriting and editing skills.

● Strong organization and time management to juggle multiple brands.

● Understanding of analytics tools and how to use data to improve content.

Bonus points for:

● Experience with paid social ads or SEO basics.

● Comfort jumping into multiple industries and brand voices.
