Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site
role located in
BGC Taguig
for a
Sourcing Specialist.
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement activities. Daily tasks includes collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sourcing or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job boards, and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig
