Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the café area, including tables, chairs, and serving counters.

  2. Assist in food and beverage preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

  3. Welcome customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

  4. Ensure proper storage and handling of food supplies and ingredients.

  5. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or replenishment needs to management.

  6. Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

  7. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

  8. Follow all company policies, procedures, and sanitation guidelines.

  9. Assist in cleaning duties and closing procedures at the end of each shift.

  10. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

  2. Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.

  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

  6. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  7. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

  8. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,127.92 per month
