SENIOR REVENUE ANALYST

The Senior Revenue Analyst plays a key role in supporting accurate and timely revenue reporting through the daily review, analysis, and reconciliation of revenue-related transactions. This position also assists in the month-end close process, variance analysis, and ongoing revenue monitoring.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, a solid foundation in accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and validate revenue transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in preparing and posting revenue-related journal entries
  • Perform reconciliations for revenue-related general ledger accounts
  • Analyze gross margin trends and variances by location and over time
  • Investigate and explain fluctuations in revenues, cost of sales, and profitability metrics
  • Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statement variance reporting
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Support documentation efforts for month-end and quarter-end close
  • Ad hoc reporting and special projects assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP; ASC 606 knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, graphs) and Office Suite
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task

  • Night Shift - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT (Mondays to Fridays)
