Position Summary:

We are hiring two highly analytical and collaborative
Business Analysts
to join our
Transformation Finance Team
. Each analyst will specialize in supporting one of the two distinct pillars within our company-wide
Transformation Project Management Office (PMO)
. These roles are critical in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing financial processes, and ensuring financial alignment across transformation efforts.

The ideal candidates will bring strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Each analyst will serve as a
deeply embedded finance partner
to their assigned PMO pillar, working closely with project leads and stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support value realization

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated finance partner to one of the two PMO pillars, supporting transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with Finance, PMO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of new financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct gap analyses, root cause assessments, and impact evaluations to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
  • Assist in change management efforts, including training, communications, and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure financial rigor, transparency, and strategic alignment across transformation workstreams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning & analysis, or transformation roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
