Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will engage with warm leads, assess eligibility, answer inquiries, and seamlessly connect them to Relationship Managers. Your focus is to ensure each prospect's needs are understood and addressed, helping them take the next step in their care journey.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 9am-6pm Pacific Time

Work setup: Onsite, Baguio City

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2+ years lead generation experience
• Excellent English skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Interact with warm leads interested in the Self-Directed Care Program for the applicable state via Text, Email, and phone (inbound and outbound)
• Determine if the lead is eligible for the product while answering any questions before transferring them to a Relationship Manager
• Make around 1400 dials a month as the primary communication method is via phone
• Work the 9am-6pm Pacific Time shift
• Align starting pay with current Emapta employees in similar roles
