✨ Maintain employee databases, attendance, and leave records to support HR operations and payroll.
✨Assist in HR policy implementation, recruitment, and compensation administration.
✨Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
✨Organize onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
✨Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and communication.
✨Manage HR schedules, meetings, and departmental events.
✨Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
✨Perform other administrative and HR duties as assigned.
