Full Stack Software Engineer (Java + React)

Location: Manila | Type: Full-time

What the Role Involves
  • Greenfield development of scalable web applications used by enterprise clients and end consumers
  • Hands-on involvement in architecture, system design, coding, and integration of front-end and back-end components
  • Collaboration with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Participation in technology roadmap planning and architectural discussions
  • Contribution to effective agile development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and peer code reviews
  • Evaluation and implementation of modern technologies and tools for continuous improvement
Experience & Skills Required
  • Up to 5 years of professional experience as a software developer
  • Proficiency in Java (back-end) and React/Redux, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 (front-end)
  • Demonstrated experience in building mission-critical, high-performance web applications
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server integration
  • Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile methodologies

  • Exposure to one or more of the following is a plus:

  • Payment integration systems

  • Reservation or booking platforms
  • Customer profile management
  • Content management systems (CMS)
  • Data collection, storage, or processing frameworks
