This is a hybrid role — you'll work 3 days from home and 2 days onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati office.


Role Overview

As a Web Developer, you will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise payment systems. You'll play a key role in bridging architecture and implementation, ensuring delivery of secure, compliant, and resilient systems. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential, along with technical leadership in overseeing system functionality and integration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle development of enterprise-grade web applications
  • Collaborate with solutions architects to ensure systems align with security, compliance, and performance standards
  • Manage parallel testing and validation of settlement reports across systems
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to handle issues, change requests, and SFTP interface setup
  • Oversee UAT reporting, defect tracking, and data validation
  • Monitor project milestones and review vendor deliverables

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web or full-stack development
  • Strong leadership in technical design, implementation, and oversight
  • Familiar with agile development practices, enterprise systems, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with security and compliance in financial or payment systems is a plus
