Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Developer to design, build, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with our existing IT team—including full stack developer, frontend developers, and QA tester to develop user-friendly, reliable, and high-performing mobile apps that integrate with our existing web systems and backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native (or native iOS/Android tools if needed).
  • Collaborate with the backend and frontend teams to integrate APIs, web services, and database systems.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and user flows into functional mobile interfaces.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Implement best practices in mobile app architecture, data handling, and security.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure quality and stability.
  • Collaborate with QA testers to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
  • Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience developing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.
  • Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or native app development (Kotlin/Swift).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and mobile app architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or GitLab).
  • Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and app store deployment (Google Play / App Store).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, maintainable code.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with offline storage, caching, and data synchronization.
  • Familiarity with UI animation frameworks or libraries.
  • Knowledge of mobile analytics tools and crash reporting systems.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
