Job Title : WAREHOUSEMAN

Reports to : WAREHOUSE OFFICER

Assignment: Quezon City

Qualifications:

  1. At least graduate of Senior High School

  2. With 2 year or more work experience in construction warehouse

Management Competencies:

  1. High values and ethics

  2. Average in oral and written communication

  3. Effective in documentation

  4. Systematic and organized

  5. Efficient

Technical Competencies:

  1. Familiar on operation and application of the following programs:

a. MS Office specially MS Excel

  1. Familiar with construction assets and materials

  2. Amenable to travel to warehouses upon instruction

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Counts, receives and records delivered materials, tools, equipment, etc. at the project site. Ensures that materials/ tools/ equipment received are complete and in good condition.

  2. Prepares daily & periodic reports such as, but not limited to daily and weekly inventory report, and submits these to Immediate Superior.

  3. Keeps an accurate record of delivery materials.

  4. Reviews and validates equipment withdrawal/return slips prepared by project personnel and releases such material/ tool/ equipment requirements once validated.

  5. Stores materials, tools, and equipment in an organized space so that such are easily located and accessed. Ensures safety and cleanliness of workspaces and storage spaces assigned to him.

  6. Keeps an accurate record of utilization of materials/equipment. Reports on the availability of materials/equipment to engineer daily and may recommend procurement.

  7. Checks materials, tools, and equipment for defects. Ensures that all returned / unused items are in the same condition as when released to receiver/ borrower.

  8. Maintains security of checklists, keys and petty cash.

  9. Follows safety standards/protocol at all times while performing work. Must be familiar with all company policies-safety, timesheets and other related matters.

  10. Submits all reports/other documents on time.

  11. Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
