We are looking for telemarketers who will be in charge of inviting both quality and quantity clients, using exhibit leads from various events for sales presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Re-qualifies leads before invitation based on the criteria set by the company for timeshare presentations.
  • Sets appointments for all qualified prospects to attend scheduled sales presentations.
  • Verifies and updates all client and lead information to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensures that all bookings for the next day are submitted to the Officer-in-Charge/Confirmer.
  • Re-schedules clients who were marked as "no-shows."
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Implements all official directives issued by Management and its Officers.
  • Assists in handling special projects or campaigns as assigned.
  • Ensures strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably has experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a related field (timeshare experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Persuasive and confident in handling phone calls and presenting offers to potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets.
  • Professional, courteous, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording client information.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to accept a project-based account or assignment.
  • Available to work immediately
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
