Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote furniture and services
  • Identify prospects, qualify leads, and maintain accurate records.
  • Present furniture features, benefits, and design options tailored to customer needs.
  • Handling inquiries, objections, and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction
  • Track call activities, sales performance, and submit regular progress reports
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Stay updated on furniture trends, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor graduates any course
  • 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales within the furniture industry.
  • Good communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to understand design concepts and explain product benefits to customers.
