What you'll do:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and to generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are sale-ready.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management on lead quality and call scripts to continuously improve the process.

What we're looking for:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • We accept applicants with no prior BPO experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service is a plus.
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone presence.
  • Must be willing to work 100% on-site in our Makati Office.
  • Amenable to working in a shifting schedule (Mid to GY shift as per Management's Discretion)
  • Ability to work towards targets and goals and demonstrating a strong desire to succeed.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools.
  • Can start immediately.
