Join a dynamic data control team managing end-to-end data delivery and flow monitoring across multiple data lakes. As a Data Operations Professional, working at a hybrid setup (2-3x a week onsite) and hybrid shift, you'll ensure operational stability, drive compliance, and support service expansion through automation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage data flow technologies and delivery processes
  • Ensure data stability and performance across platforms
  • Execute compliance-related controls and process standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Provide insights for service improvement and expansion
  • Support incident management and service transition activities
Must-Have Skills
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions)
  • Experience with incident management and ticketing tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Process-oriented with background in support and operations
Nice-to-Haves
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ETL, Power BI, Macros, Alteryx
  • Experience using ServiceNow
