Sales & Marketing Support- Intern

Main Objective:

To support the Sales Manager/Executives in maximizing their selling efficiency and assist the Marketing Supervisor in collecting and maintaining accurate marketing data.

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Department (or assigned supervisor) with day-to-day tasks and activities.
  • Update and maintain customer, hospital, and doctor information in the CRM system daily to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage and respond to B2B customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams.

  • Coordination

Coordinate with the Customer Success Team and Sales Team to manage customer schedules and appointments.

Work with the Production Department to confirm customer feasibility and product requirements.

  1. Reporting & Meetings

Provide daily updates and necessary reports to supervisors.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance and activity reports for management.

Attend and actively participate in weekly and monthly departmental meetings.

  1. Marketing & Company Initiatives

Support marketing data collection, campaigns, and company promotional programs.

Help promote and communicate company initiatives effectively within and outside the organization.

  1. Other Duties

Perform additional sales and marketing tasks as assigned by the Manager or Employer, appropriate to the intern position.
