Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee an AI-driven marketing engine-managing automations, leading offshore teams, and delivering rapid content output across channels. You'll operate advanced tools, run experiments, and refine creative systems to drive global-scale growth efficiently.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3-6 years in digital marketing or growth ops
  • Experience managing AI content workflows or automation tools
  • Comfortable directing remote/offshore creative teams
  • Data-driven thinker with a hacker mindset - curious, experimental, and fast-moving
  • Understanding of Web3, fintech, or consumer apps is a plus

Key Tools & Stack - You should already be fluent in most:

  • n8n, Zapier, or RelevanceAI (automation)
  • OpenAI API, ChatGPT, or Claude (content generation)
  • , Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs (creative production)
  • Instantly, Smartlead (cold email)
  • Apify, browserless (data scraping)
  • Buffer or similar schedulers (social)
  • Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable (tracking and ops)
  • Basic prompt engineering and API logic

Your Daily Tasks

AI + Automation Management

  • Design, manage, and scale workflows using n8n, Zapier, or RelevanceAI.
  • Orchestrate LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4o mini or similar) for automated copy, ideation, and personalization.
  • Integrate tools for an autonomous marketing stack (content generation → scheduling → analytics → optimization).

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Use AI tools like Jasper, Writesonic, , , Runway, Pika, and ElevenLabs to produce ad creatives, videos, and posts.
  • Oversee Buffer or similar schedulers for cross-platform posting and engagement.
  • Manage outbound campaigns via Instantly or Smartlead, plus scraping workflows with Apify or browserless.

Offshore Team Leadership

  • Coordinate and train a 2-4 person offshore team handling QC, uploads, scheduling, and data cleanup.
  • Build SOPs and prompt libraries for consistent output.

Analytics + Growth

  • Track funnel and content performance; analyze creative and referral efficiency.
  • Use data feedback loops to refine campaigns weekly.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to align marketing with user engagement metrics.
