JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff performance, service quality, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Manage team schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels and uninterrupted operations.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Support the training, development, and motivation of team members to achieve operational goals.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Willing to undergo training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
