About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Raw Materials Assistant to join the team at JMS Healthcare Phl, Inc.'. This full-time position is based in Batangas City, Batangas. As the Warehouse Raw Materials Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient management and organization of our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials to support our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive, inspect and properly store incoming raw materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock levels.
  • Assist in the retrieval and distribution of raw materials to production areas as per schedule.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and address any issues or discrepancies related to raw materials
  • Ensure the warehouse area is kept clean, organized and well-maintained
  • Assist with periodic stock-taking and audits.
  • Comply with all relevant health, safety and security protocols.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving materials
