About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Nutriline Inc', you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of our Balayan Batangas warehouse. This full-time position is key to ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, while also driving continuous improvement within our logistics operations.

WAREHOUSE MAINTENANCE

· Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the Main Warehouse.

· Ensures the maintaining temperature of the Main Warehouse

· Checking, monitoring and organize stocks in the warehouse.

· Inspecting steel racks and pallets.

· Monitoring of CDM

· Checking  tri-bar in the absence of Warehouse Checker.

DELIVERY

· Checks the dispatching in the absence of Supply Chain Manager.

· Organize delivery team and stocks for delivery.

· Organize manpower for delivery, workforce and for ex-truck.

FILES AND DOCUMENTS

· Approves received stocks, invoices and other documents related to the warehouse.

· Records pull in and pull out of stocks

· Making bundling and B.O. Reports.

OTHER TASKS

· Adheres to company policies and employee Code of Conduct.

· Complies with all company safety, health and environmental policies and procedures including legal regulations and specific client safety, health and environment regulations.

· Providing friendly and professional service to our customers and co-workers.

· Furthermore Warehouse Checker and the Warehouse Supervisor are both accountable and liable to any actions that would happen within the premises of the Warehouse. In the event of requesting assistance from other worker, the latter should not be liable for any loss or damages.

· Performs other related tasks from time to time, as assigned by immediate superior.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, ideally within the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • Strong Leadership quality and strong decision making skills
  • Has the analytical ability and technical skills for warehousing
  • Has the ability to motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas
  • Has good people management skills and able to develop people
  • Knowledge on Warehouse Management (Aligned with Good Warehousing Practice)
  • Knowledge on Inventory Management (Maintaining Optimum Covers
  • Knowledge on Order to Cash Process
