About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. This is a full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt and courteous resolution to their inquiries and concerns
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for service improvements
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage, but not required for entry-level positions
