Job Summary

  • Oversees the performance of all branch operations staff to ensure that the standard performance set by management is achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that company policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times by branch employees.
  • Maintains positive relations with all contacts, guests, potential clients, and team members in order to expand the branch's pool of networks.
  • Responsible in promoting and marketing the company's products and services, campaigns, retail, etc.
  • Recommends sales and promotional strategies for the branch in order to achieve target.
  • Conducts pre-operations checking to ensure that cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the branch is achieved.
  • Ensure that customer service excellence is exercised in the branch by all employees at all times.
  • Responses immediately to any major guest concern to ensure that guest satisfaction and retention is achieved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRM, Tourism or any related course
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the same capacity
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Trustworthy and with strong communication and negotiating skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
