
Sales and PR Representative

Our client's start up company, Pet Friendly's, is in need of assistance in creating a competitive advantage in the Pet Industry. To help implement our organizational Sales and Marketing (S&M) strategic plans, we're seeking a motivated Sales and PR Representative (SPR). The role requires advertising their products and services, actively seeking out and engaging with prospective customers as well as diversifying their sales channels to meet sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within agreed timeline.

Develop and implement sales and promotional tools to effectively drive sales (i.e. sales presentations and product demonstrations).

Actively seek out sales channels and opportunities to drive sales.
-
Generate leads and engage with customer prospects.
-
Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
-
Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, etc. to align their strategies with
corporate goals and values. -
Maintain positive strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their
compliance with the company's needs and demands -
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors and coordinate
daily S&M activities to keep them on schedule. -
Plan and manage engaging marketing materials, events, and campaigns that appeal to
customers (i.e. Social Media campaigns, Online Paid Media campaigns, Email campaigns
or Print campaigns) and shift promotional tactics whenever necessary. -
Introduce new products to the market and conduct risk assessments to identify potential
points of friction, and maximize revenue. -
Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.

Conduct market research and implement findings to create more effective strategies (i.e.
investigate customer needs, locate unserved or underserved market segments, monitor
industry trends and actively look into competitor activities). -
Keep the organization's competitiveness and enhance its internal capacity by drawing
actionable insights from key metrics -
Adapt and improve product marketability and profitability by identifying market
opportunities. -
Track sales and status reports.

Assist in developing pricing strategies.

Manage data collection of S&M operations/activities to achieve productivity targets,
deliver excellent customer service and ensure the organization's long term success. -
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in
professional associations. -
Partner with cross-functional teams to foster inter team collaborative learning
opportunities and improve proprietary tools and systems. -
Participate in short-term and long-term planning meetings to create initiatives that
further the company's overall goals and take advantage of changes in the market. -
Help promote a company culture that encourages open communication, collaboration
and high morale.
Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in the field of sales and marketing

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business administration, or related field

Strong skills in customer service, building professional relationships and negotiation.

Excellent ability to create and present multiple product lines and services tailored to the
audience needs. -
Effective verbal and written communication to convey information, collaborate with
teams, and also interact with stakeholders. -
Excellent organizational skills for managing tasks, coordinating resources, and ensuring
smooth operations within the organization. -
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
and stakeholders to achieve operational goals. -
Proficiency in English and Tagalog
