About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Best Reliable Resources Internationale' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and closing deals to contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email or in-person to introduce our products and services
  • Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and pain points
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to drive sales
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the outbound sales or call centre industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
  • Driven, self-motivated and ambitious with a passion for exceeding sales targets
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
