We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support business growth through precise financial management. ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.

Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses. Reconcile accounts and bank statements. Calculate and process staff salaries and agent commissions.

Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws. Prepare and file VAT, withholding, and income tax returns. Monitor and adhere to tax regulations and deadlines.

Manage accounts payable and receivable. Track overdue accounts and follow up for timely collections. Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Provide actionable insights to align budget performance. Ensure readiness for internal and external audits. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in real estate or similar industries). Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of tax laws, payroll, and financial reporting.

Preferred QualificationsCPA certification (preferred but not required). Familiarity with real estate transactions, commissions, and reporting. SkillsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Work HoursFull-Time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
