Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a fast learner who can adapt quickly in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in real estate marketing (wholesaling, flipping, acquisitions, or related) and possess strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset. They should be able to manage high-volume tasks efficiently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Experience with executive support, digital marketing, content creation, and CRM management is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves launching and managing SMS marketing campaigns using Smarter Contact by 10AM (Monday through Thursday) with provided contact lists and templates, manually sending each message for compliance, monitoring replies, and cleaning data daily by removing DNCs, updating CRM entries, and flagging wrong numbers. You will respond to agent replies with professional, humanized messages and escalate warm or hot leads to Benga via Slack. For agent calls, you will tag contacts appropriately, notify the team via Slack, send follow-up texts, and update labels in the CRM when confirmed. You will also maintain internal KPI dashboards using Smarter Contact and Google Sheets, tracking delivery stats, response rates, lead escalations, and weekly performance trends. In addition, you will handle operations and administrative support such as scheduling Benga's appointments with agents and sellers, following up on pending tasks or deals, assisting with research, updating the CRM, maintaining databases, and organizing weekly files including campaign results, call notes, and deal statuses.

Key Tools You'll Use

Smarter Contact, Slack, Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Trello for task tracking, Calendly, Zoom, WhatsApp, and Garden State MLS.

What We're Looking For

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) and a fast, reliable internet connection are essential. You must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9AM–7PM, subject to change), proactively follow through on tasks, anticipate next steps, and remain organized under high-volume texting and communication workloads. We value candidates who bring a human touch to interactions, have strong digital skills across messaging platforms and CRMs, and are willing to learn the ins and outs of real estate wholesaling.

Growth Path

You will begin by managing all SMS and administrative support for Benga. As you become proficient, the role can expand into managing agent relationships, overseeing CRM workflows, assisting with dispositions (moving deals to buyers), and eventually training and managing VA tea mbers as the company grows.
