Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Data-Driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with actionable insights, streamlined processes, and data-focused strategies. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of sales operations with strong data analytics skills to optimize performance, forecast sales trends, and improve reporting accuracy. This is a key role that bridges the gap between sales execution and data intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, win/loss rates, etc.).
  • Prepare and present sales performance dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide product information to customers.
  • Reach out to potential and existing clients through calls, emails, or online platforms to generate sales.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
  • Coordinate with the logistics, accounting, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new sales hires related to tools and processes.
  • Manage the flow of sales documentation and communications.
  • Identify trends and outliers in sales data to help with strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, sales ops, or data analysis role.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
