  • Conducts Employee Surveys/ FGDs to understand employee pulse and engagement gaps for appropriate analysis and action planning
  • Implements employee engagement strategies, programs, events, and activities that help build and strengthen the company culture & pride, and sustain employee wellness and engagement
  • Provides guidance and consultative support to HR Business partners and Line Managers in identifying and addressing engagement gaps for their respective Groups
  • Tracks and reports the completion status of the survey during the covered period
  • Creates reports on the results and analysis of the survey to be shared to the stakeholders, in alignment with corporate center
  • Facilitates Action Planning workshops with the HR BPs and target audience to address identified engagement gaps
  • Leads the implementation and governance of SBU-wide engagement initiatives resulting from the action planning
  • Spearheads the end-to-end implementation of the Year-end General Assembly (SBU), Anniversary Celebration and other SBU-level HR/employee engagement programs according to approved budget and timelines
  • Works with corporate center, as a lead/member of a workstream, in implementing Enterprise-wide engagement programs/activities
  • Manages the training and other needs of company athletes representing Manila Water in relation to Sports Activities
  • Acts as the Manila Water representative to external stakeholders for coordination, preparation, and implementation of joint engagement and/or sports activities
  • Tracks the success measures of engagement initiatives, programs, & events to assess effectiveness
  • Builds and tracks the usage of the annual SBU level Engagement budget, ensuring programs and activities are within approved cost and implemented as planned
  • Ensures all completed employee engagement activities are properly closed out and all vendors/suppliers are paid out on time
  • Ensures that Groups spend their EE fund according to the EE Fund Policy and within the approved amount for the year

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business or any other related field
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' work experience in HR, preferably with experience in Employee Engagement
  • Must be highly collaborative, can lead project teams, and able to demonstrate strong project management skills
  • Can present to and communicate with senior/top management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
