Events & Activations

  • Plan, organize, and execute LRV events (wine tastings, masterclasses, private events, pop-ups, partnerships, and brand collaborations)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, venues, and internal team before, during, and after events
  • Assist in on-ground event setup, hosting, and guest engagement
  • Help conceptualize new event ideas aligned with the LRV brand
  • Track event performance (attendance, sales, feedback)

Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Support promotions for events, new wine arrivals, and special offers
  • Help prepare marketing materials (posters, captions, email blasts, simple decks)
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and external partners when needed

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day social media posting (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create content ideas (reels, stories, captions) aligned with LRV's brand voice
  • Assist in basic content creation (photos, short videos during events)
  • Respond to messages and comments in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Monitor engagement, insights, and basic performance metrics

Brand & Community Support

  • Help maintain a consistent brand image across all touchpoints
  • Engage with the LRV community—guests, partners, collaborators
  • Assist in partnership outreach (brands, event collaborators, corporate clients)
  • Support other marketing-related tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in events, marketing, or social media handling (wine, F&B, lifestyle brands is a plus)
  • Comfortable with on-ground event work and coordination
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience handling brand collaborations or partnerships
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Passion or interest in wine, food, or lifestyle brands
  • Background in marketing, communications, or events
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Can work independently but also collaborates well with a small team
  • Willing to work on weekends or evenings during events (with proper scheduling)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php28,000.00 per month
