Job description

We are looking for a passionate and organized Event Associate to help plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or a candidate with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to exciting projects.
This is a full-time on-site role in Marikina. Tasks include budget management, vendor coordination, team supervision, and client communication. The role also involves resolving on-site challenges, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a clear timeline for all event operations.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Event planning and coordination skills, including scheduling and logistics management
  • Budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management abilities
  • Vendor and stakeholder communication, contract negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Leadership ability and experience in managing event teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field (preferred but not required)
