Job Summary:

Reports to Busines Development and Marketing Head. Marketing Associate's main role is to assist the Marketing group in developing a Marketing Plan and execute and implement the programs and activities according to FDMMC marketing and brand standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supports the Marketing department by carrying out daily tasks to facilitate process and duties of Marketing Manager/Business Development Head.

  2. Initiates and develops projects or programs with partners/clients internal departments relevant to marketing and business directions of FDMMC.

  3. Oversees and develops internal/external marketing communications/memos/newsletter according to FDMMC brand standards and developed marketing plan project

4.Promotes and upholds the FDMMC brand through developing and implementing marketing activities by engaging patients/client of FDMMC and the local community. prospects.

  1. Maintains customer's database acquired from activities and events as part of the required months reports and use for future promo communications. Organize lectures, symposiums, activities. promotions for hospital clients and

  2. Responsible for submitting weekly accomplished report to the department head of all marketing developments/concerns and provide analysis and recommendation for that matter

  3. Represent the Marketing group in acquiring significant partnership and build relationships wit and health and safety to the community. Professional Organization and Brands that are aliened with FDMMC mission of upholding the culture

  4. Maintain and uphold the FDMMC brand and culture as support to the Marketing team

  5. Attend workshops/classes/seminars to constantly be updated on the latest marketing strategic and trends in the industry and share these learnings to the team.

Job Specifications

Educational Requirements:

  1. Graduate of BS Marketing. Management or Advertisement or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience

Atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing and advertising.

Competency:

  1. With excellent communications and presentation skills.

  2. With knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.

  3. With excellent customer service skills.

  4. Detail Oriented

  5. With events management experience.

  6. Proficient in MS ( Word, Excel, PPT)

  7. Experience with photo manipulation and video editing software is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  1. The Employee shall work mostly in an office set up with office hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Mondays thru Fridays. May be requested to work extended hours and/or weekends as work demands.
