We are currently hiring a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic and expanding team. If you're creative, proactive, and excited to work in a lively environment where no two days are ever the same, we'd love to meet you.

This is not your regular office job-you'll be working onsite in an energetic café and bar setting, supporting events, interacting with people, and helping bring our brand to life.

Work Schedule:

This position requires working late-night hours (4PM–1AM PH time) and reporting onsite at our Maginhawa, Diliman, Quezon City location.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update social media accounts with engaging content.
  • Attend expos and events to generate leads, expand networks, and explore new client opportunities.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and related documents to clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the mobile bar, mobile cafe and grazing table services.
  • Manage Kaizen projects to support continuous improvement.
  • Design and produce promotional materials and digital advertisements.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and analyze social media metrics.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and promotion of in-house events and activities.
  • Assist in product photoshoots to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Provide on-ground support during events and post-event activities.
  • Design and produce marketing collaterals for digital and offline campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A sales-driven marketer who can confidently close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledgeable in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of the food, beverage, and events industry is a plus.
  • Amenable to working late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work onsite at Maginhawa, Quezon City.
