What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Ensure 100% target production volume and yield
• Zero incident of out-of-stock situation
• Perform operation, repair and maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of all process equipment and machines.
• Monitors equipment breakdown, preventive maintenance activities and ensures zero unscheduled downtime
• Conducts machine failure analysis, implement corrections and prepare preventive actions to eliminate recurrence.
• Conducts preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Ensure 100% execution of pre-requisite programs
• Achieve 100%compliance on FSSC requirements
• Ensure 100% completion of Audit with passed audit result
• Conduct training and cascading of equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Attains zero accident
• Implement 100% compliance with EHS rules and policies

What are the Qualifications?

• Graduate of engineering course preferably Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS office
• With good communication skills both verbal and written
• With promising organization and management skills
• Knowledgeable in quality systems such as FSSC, HACCP and GMP
• Willing to be assigned in Sariaya, Quezon

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Logistics Supervisor.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• n-charge of Inventory Management and Product Distribution.

• Plans and monitors the finished goods inventories to make sure daily stocks are available for customer withdrawals; pick-up and delivery.

• Ensures that all withdrawal transactions are properly documented.

• Approves and monitors the Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices of finished goods withdrawals and provide necessary information to Management.

• Maintain DIFOT (Delivery in Full and On-time).

What are the Qualifications?

• The candidate must be a graduate of four-year college course, graduate of Industrial Engineering is ana advantage.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Logistics and Distribution.
• Must have a good leadership skill in planning, organizing, and leading.
• Proficient in oral and written communication and adept with MS Office.
• Must be familiar with SAP software.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sariaya, Quezon.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
