Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Process Expert with a strong background in ERP platforms (Oracle, Manhattan, etc.) and process optimization. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP processes across multiple functional areas. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to ensure efficient and scalable business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP process analysis, system design, and implementation across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other functional areas.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, system gaps, and automation opportunities, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Support ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization activities.
  • Manage ERP initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct impact assessments, change management, and user training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitor ERP performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in ERP platforms such as Oracle or Manhattan.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, architecture diagrams, and business process documentation.
  • Experienced in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, change management, and user training delivery.
  • Project Management certification is an advantage.
