Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer-In-Charge located in Ermita, Manila. The Security Officer-In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing and leading the security team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a safe environment for all personnel. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring security systems, conducting regular inspections, reporting incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory and Team Management skills
  • Possessed with good leadership skill
  • Proficiency in Security Systems and Technology, including CCTV and access control systems
  • Excellent in English communication both oral and written
  • Customer service Oriented
  • Incident Reporting and Investigation skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Security Protocols and Regulations
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role preferred
  • Military background, college diploma or equivalent; further education in security management such as; CSP, CST, BOSH is a plus-factor but not a requirement
