Now, we're looking for a strategic and people-centric Operations Manager to lead our Manila-based team and bridge operations between the Philippines and our Sydney headquarters.

Your Role

As our Operations Manager – Philippines, you'll be at the heart of our operations—providing day-to-day leadership, driving employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll be a key liaison with our Sydney leadership team and will play a pivotal role in aligning our local execution with global goals.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead daily operations and people initiatives across HR, Finance, Admin, and Delivery functions.
  • Champion culture, communication, and engagement across the Manila team.
  • Align performance metrics, KPIs, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, labor, and governance requirements.
  • Co-lead global management meetings and support strategic planning and execution.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years' experience in operations, HR, or people leadership.
  • Background in professional services, BPO, or shared services.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in a regional or global setup.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Experience working across Australian and Southeast Asian cultures is a plus.
