Position: Client Engagement Associate (B2B Trucks & Elevators)

Location: Quiapo, Manila City, Metro Manila

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₱25,000 base + Commission (₱30K–₱40K potential) + Daily Lunch Allowance


About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Client Engagement Associate to support our growing sales team in the trucking and elevator industries.

This role focuses on contacting targeted business clients and arranging appointments for the Sales Director with decision-makers.

Unlike BPO telesales, this is a B2B professional role with pre-qualified clients, stable work hours, and clear career growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Call and engage with decision-makers from trucking companies, fleet operators, contractors, and developers.
  • Arrange business meetings and appointments for the Sales Director.
  • Maintain accurate client contact records and follow-up schedules using Excel/CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the sales support team (quotations, documentation, logistics).
  • Provide professional customer engagement that represents the company brand positively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year college graduate required).
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales support, client engagement, or customer service preferred.
  • Professional, positive, and confident personality.
  • Fluent in Tagalog; conversational English required (Mandarin a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computer tools (WhatsApp, Excel, Airtable).
