Job Summary:

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to promote and sell IT products
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and partner training sessions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with partners to close deals
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates to management
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably with B2B exposure.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel or be assigned to different locations as needed
