In this role, you'll oversee communicating with customers via social media platforms.

  • Responsible for reviewing, responding, and managing various forms of customer contact via social media such as platforms (such as X, Facebook, Instagram and Google App) as directed by process and procedure
  • Basic contact management and first contact resolution as defined by the client's rules of engagement
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities
  • Responsible for high-profile social media response management and general social media customer care for Hyperlocal, posts and Reviews, Google App Reviews, Apple iTunes Reviews, Google Business Reviews.
  • Responsible for the client's Social Cases, Private messages received via X, IG, TikTok, and FB PM/DM, as well as any crisis management and campaign management. Will work closely with the client's social media and marketing teams to ensure the success of the overall operation. Will act as a liaison with agency personnel to address urgent campaign and engagement needs.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least Senior/High School Graduate or 2nd year in college
  • At least 1 year experience in social media management
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in ORM and social listening tools
  • Crisis management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
