About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Technology, Finance, and Operations hiring. This role goes beyond recruitment delivery and involves active participation in client engagement to ensure seamless hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Technology, Finance, and Operations.
  • Join client calls to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
  • Present and explain rate structures and hiring processes to clients.
  • Manage and oversee salary benchmarking, offers, and negotiations.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to support client hiring strategies.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with specialization in Tech, Finance, and Operations hiring.
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to join calls and represent the company professionally.
  • Solid understanding of salary structures, rate discussions, and compensation management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
