Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Branch Head role available for key areas in the Visayas region particulary Cebu, Bohol, Negros and Panay Islands, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Branch Head will recruit, manage and lead a team of Unit Managers and their Financial Advisors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Management at least 2 years
  • Very Ambitious
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Excellent in his profession (Awardee, Achiever)
  • At least 10 years of valuable work experience
  • Bank, Insurance, Pharma, FMCG, Real Estate experience a plus.
