Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, schedule, and direct the activities of the engineering/maintenance team.\
  • Ensure all equipment, machinery, and facilities are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in planning and executing engineering projects, upgrades, and installations.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and project progress.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 3–5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or technical supervision.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
  • Preferably with PCO Experience.
