Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive supply sector (e.g., brake linings, filters, engine parts).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto shops or auto supply.
  • Promote and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Provide accurate quotations, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto parts, automotive supply industry, retail products, or other related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of auto parts, accessories, and common mechanical applications is a plus.
  • Proficient in using mobile tools (e.g., CRM apps, Microsoft Office).
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel to client sites.
  • Must be willing to cover and develop the Visayas and Mindanao markets.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
