Salary Range: ₱130,000 – ₱200,000 monthly

Experience Level: 10–12 years

About the Role:

The Vendor Management Lead will play a key role in driving operational excellence across multiple technology service providers. This position is responsible for defining and overseeing the vendor onboarding process, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships with external vendors. The role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in vendor governance, contract management, and performance improvement initiatives.

You will serve as a bridge between internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring smooth communication, timely deliverables, and alignment with business goals particularly within complex infrastructure projects in the banking domain.

This role offers the opportunity to lead vendor relationships in large-scale infrastructure projects within the banking sector, managing multiple service providers and optimizing performance across diverse technology operations.

Technical Skills:

  • ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
  • Vendor Management

Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years of experience defining, documenting, implementing, and managing vendor onboarding and performance management processes.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or at least ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously.

Expertise in:

  • Vendor onboarding and contract management
  • SLAs, KPIs, and performance reviews
  • Coordination and communication procedures
  • Performance evaluation and corrective action plans
  • Solid stakeholder management and onsite–offshore coordination experience.
  • Experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or any other ITSM tool

Responsibilities:

  • Define, refine, and implement vendor onboarding and performance management processes.
  • Monitor and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
  • Facilitate vendor governance forums and performance review meetings.
  • Coordinate performance improvement initiatives across multiple vendors.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig or Makati as required.
