Project Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Project Manager to lead the development, launch, and live operations of our GTA RP (Roleplay) Server in the Philippines. This is a critical position that requires a unique mix of community leadership, technical understanding, and operational discipline. You will be the heartbeat of the server – coordinating all stakeholders, managing performance, and serving as the public-facing representative to the player community.

This is not your typical 9-to-5 job – it's a service role in a fast-paced game world. Peak hours include evenings and weekends, and you will often need to engage directly with players in-game. Ideal candidates will have experience running custom multiplayer servers (GTA preferred), managing online communities, and a deep passion for immersive game experiences.

Think Minecraft, Ragnarok, Roblox—and beyond. Your ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of the server project: from pre-launch setup to daily live operations. Coordinate with developers and content creators to launch new features and updates.

Organize and host in-game "city meetings" and events to maintain community engagement. Serve as the in-game admin/manager during daily server restarts and high-traffic hours (approx. 9:00–13:00 and 19:00–01:30). Act as the main point of contact for the player community – gathering feedback, resolving issues, and setting expectations.

Recruit and manage a small operations and gameplay support team. Drive the monetization strategy in coordination with the commercial and finance teams. Collaborate with the marketing team and influencers to grow the player base.

Monitor server stability and performance, escalating issues to devs when needed. Develop SOPs for consistent server operations and event execution. Working HoursThis role requires availability during peak in-game hours.

You are expected to be online:Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (for updates and dev coordination)Evening Shift: 7:00 PM – 1:30 AM (for live operations and community engagement)Some flexibility is allowed between shifts, but availability during server restarts and event windows is critical. Knowledge & Experience3+ years of experience managing online gaming communities or custom servers (GTA RP strongly preferred; Minecraft or Ragnarok experience also considered). Strong understanding of multiplayer game mechanics, modding/custom servers, and RP culture.

Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills – especially in high-pressure, public-facing scenarios. Experience with monetization systems (e.g. in-game stores, reward redemption systems). Familiarity with Discord and community tools for announcements, engagement, and moderation.
