JOB DESCRIPTION
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor all incoming and outgoing stocks, accurately update inventory records, and maintain inventory databases.
- Stock Management: Receive, label, and properly store delivered items; organize stock areas and ensure items are stored according to company standards.
- Auditing & Reporting: Perform regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to reconcile discrepancies; prepare inventory reports on stock levels and movements.
- Reconciliation: Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory variances, shortages, and inaccuracies in a timely manner.
- Coordination: Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and other concerned departments regarding inventory requirements, stock availability, and related concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four (4)-year Business-related course.
- With prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in computer applications, including data entry and inventory management systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possesses good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
