We're looking for an experienced Jetty Operations Manager to lead the operational, safety, and compliance functions of a major fuel terminal facility in Batangas. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and compliant marine operations across multiple jetties, working closely with partner organizations, government agencies, and internal teams.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day jetty and terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient throughput.
  • Drive operational excellence and compliance with PPA, DENR, and HSSE regulations.
  • Manage and mentor the Operations Team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Handle OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and financial discipline.
  • Serve as the key point of coordination among joint venture partners, third-party service providers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead safety, risk, and emergency response initiatives to maintain the highest operational standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in terminal operations, port management, or oil & gas logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, PPA compliance, and HSSE standards.
  • Proven background managing multi-stakeholder or joint venture operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with terminal or refinery operations and familiarity with foreshore lease agreements or port asset transfers will be a strong advantage.
