URGENT HIRING

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update patient information, billing details, and other relevant data in portfolio-specific systems.
  • Conduct Outbound calls to insurance companies to gather necessary information regarding claims.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before inputting.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies by reviewing and correcting data errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all data handling.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.
  • Support additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Data Entry and/or Revenue Cycle Management (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research abilities.
