: Execute data entry, reporting, and system-related tasks within stated SLAs with high accuracy.

Summary Of Activities
General Data Entry & System Tasks:

  • Assist with data entry in EVO, Salesforce, and other systems
  • Auto / Email payrolls
  • CSR reassignment (EVO & SF)
  • Client EE Portal Registrations
  • Client Tax Portal Setups
  • Process client terminations/no starts
  • Client Calendar Setup
  • Client Shell Setup

Employee Demographic Setup

  • First and Last name
  • Complete Address
  • Social Security Number
  • Federal/State filing statuses
  • State taxes to be withheld
  • Locals (if applicable) to be withheld
  • Hourly Rate of pay or Salary
  • Per payroll deductions (insurance, 401K, etc.)
  • Reimbursements (if applicable)
  • Direct deposit information (Bank account/Routing number)
  • Accrual balances (if applicable)
  • State-mandated sick accruals
  • State-mandated 401K

Audits & Compliance Tasks

  • Client Audits
  • Billing Audits
  • Tax Portal Setups
  • GL Setups

Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Upload documents to Salesforce
  • Communicate with Implementation Specialists and other team members regarding tasks in progress
  • Maintain or exceed production and quality standards set forth
  • Communicate to Operations Support Leaders regarding quality or service concerns
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience managing and executing data entry tasks
  • Must be able to work during US daytime business hours and 40+ hours per week
  • Must work in the office (remote/work from home not available)
